Tessa Sanderson

Tessa incorporates hypopressive techniques, functional movement and yoga to give you a targeted series of exercises to support your pelvic health. Hypopressives target the relationship between the pelvic diaphragm and the respiratory diaphragm using deep breathing to improve pelvic floor integrity in relation to incontinence, prolapse and core strength issues.
Weakness or tightness in the pelvic floor can track from other parts of the body, compensating for postural issues, restriction from scars and other issues. She will provide movements that work holistically with your whole body to bring about balance.

Tessa will assess your individual needs and create a simple programme that is doable and realistic within your daily schedule.

You will have access to a recording of your session to support your practice of the exercises.

Meet the Team...

Becca's Story

I first discovered homeopathy during my first pregnancy in 2003. My eldest son then had eczema as a baby and rather than use steroid cream I saw a homeopath. The results were quick and gentle and I was amazed. So I quickly trained to become a homeopath myself. My youngest son was born during my homeopathy degree.

As I have diagnoses of Crohnes Disease, Hashimotos, and Lichen Sclerosus and have experienced Chronic

Fatigue Syndrome, I understand what support you might need if you have autoimmune diseases.

Many of my clients have had difficult and toxic relationships prior to their symptoms starting. So

training to be an accredited divorce and breakup coach felt a natural additional tool.

Supporting children, women and people with v*lvas to overcome their health issues feels such a privilege.

I am mum and step mum to four wonderful teenage+ boys and a little girl. Life is busy but incredibly rewarding!

I look forward to helping you achieve the health and life that you deserve and desire!

Best wishes

Becca

Sasha's Story

I started my journey into birth keeping in 2016 after having my first son - Max and experiencing an immense amount of birth trauma. I now have a second son, Myles, who also came into the world with birth trauma, really reaffirming my beliefs around the current medical system failures.

These experiences, combined with my wisdom around plant medicines, as I have been studying plants in my backyard here in Alberta since I was a teenager, opened the door into homeopathy for me. I love everything that I learn about homeopathy and every client I get to speak with teaches me more.

I am an old soul that has a soft spot for nature. Plants and herbs have always called to me so when it comes to homeopathy, I trust that we have all the answers around us if we are just willing to listen closely enough. I believe that there is a plant for every ailment, and thus a homeopathic remedy for every illness.

I want to be able to help the women around me, whether they be maidens, mothers or crones and guide them through the transitions of womanhood so that they may be able to live in their truest most balanced selves.

Sasha is currently training at the Centre of Homeopathic Education.
