This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom, and both parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
