I first discovered homeopathy during my first pregnancy in 2003. My eldest son then had eczema as a baby and rather than use steroid cream I saw a homeopath. The results were quick and gentle and I was amazed. So I quickly trained to become a homeopath myself. My youngest son was born during my homeopathy degree.
As I have diagnoses of Crohnes Disease, Hashimotos, and Lichen Sclerosus and have experienced Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I understand what support you might need if you have autoimmune diseases.
Many of my clients have had difficult and toxic relationships prior to their symptoms starting. So training to be an accredited divorce and breakup coach felt a natural additional tool.
Supporting children, women and people with gynaecological issues to overcome their health issues feels such a privilege.
I am mum and step mum to four wonderful young men and a little girl. Life is busy but incredibly rewarding!
I look forward to helping you achieve the health and life that you deserve and desire!
Best wishes
Becca

Tessa incorporates hypopressive techniques, functional movement and yoga to give you a targeted series of exercises to support your pelvic health. Hypopressives target the relationship between the pelvic diaphragm and the respiratory diaphragm using deep breathing to improve pelvic floor integrity in relation to incontinence, prolapse and core strength issues.
Weakness or tightness in the pelvic floor can track from other parts of the body, compensating for postural issues, restriction from scars and other issues. She will provide movements that work holistically with your whole body to bring about balance.
Tessa will assess your individual needs and create a simple programme that is doable and realistic within your daily schedule.
Becca works with a carefully chosen group of practitioners enabling you to access support no matter where in the world you are.
